Job summary

Belle is hiring a Community Health Worker to provide in-home foot care to seniors, prioritizing safety and health. This role involves travel within your local region and weekday scheduling with occasional evenings or weekends.

You must hold a current Nail Technician license (state-specific), have a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable using Belle’s mobile app for assessments and documentation. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Nail Technician License (state-specific).
• May not be debarred or excluded from Medicare, Medicaid or other government programs.
• Valid Driver’s License and adequate car insurance required.
• Able to maintain reliable transportation.
• Basic mobile device skills.
• Completing credential checks including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care with emphasis on lower extremity health and safety.
• Follow Belle protocols to ensure hygienic service and minimize infection risk.
• Conduct foot assessments using Belle’s mobile app and escalate clinical concerns.
• Build rapport with members and provide foot care education to promote health.
• Maintain accurate member records with HIPAA compliance and clear communication with staff.
• Ensure punctuality for appointments and maintain vehicle readiness.
