Job summary

Belle, LLC is seeking a Community Health Worker to provide in-home foot care aimed at keeping seniors safe, healthy, and independent. The role uses your licensed credentials to deliver compassionate care in clients' homes.

This full-time position involves a typical Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.) with occasional evenings and weekends and frequent local travel, performing assessments, documenting visits, and educating clients on foot health.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Licensed nail technician or cosmetology licensure.
• Willing to travel daily within local region.
• Background checks and drug test as required.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot case and safety.
• Adhere to Belle protocols for hygienic service.
• Conduct foot assessments using Belle’s mobile app and escalate concerns.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant member records and coordinate with administrative team.
• Ensure punctuality for appointments and vehicle maintenance.
• Promote and assist with booking future appointments.
• Work within the Community Health Worker scope.
