Job summary

Belle, LLC is seeking dedicated Community Health Workers to provide in-home foot care for seniors. This full-time or part-time role involves travel within your local region, Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some evenings and weekends as needed.

You will assess and address foot health, follow Belle protocols to ensure hygienic services, and maintain detailed records while fostering trust with members. Competitive salary plus benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology’s and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure.
• May not be debarred or excluded from government programs.
• Valid driver’s license and adequate car insurance.
• Able to maintain reliable transportation.
• Completing credential checks including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care, prioritizing lower extremity health and safety.
• Adhere to Belle protocols to guarantee a hygienic service, minimizing infection risk.
• Conduct foot assessments using Belle’s mobile app during each service to elevate clinical concerns.
• Build rapport with members and convey foot care education for lasting foot health.
• Keep accurate member records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure punctuality for all appointments with reliable transportation.
