Job summary

Belle is seeking a Community Health Worker to provide in-home foot care for seniors, using a mobile app for assessments and coordination with remote nurses. This full-time role involves a typical Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings and weekends, and regular local travel within your region.

Responsibilities include prioritizing lower extremity health, following hygiene protocols, building trust with members, and promoting future appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid licensure as nail technician (per state).
• May not be debarred from government programs.
• Driver's license and car insurance required.
• Able to maintain reliable transportation.
• Completing credential checks including background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care.
• Adhere to Belle protocols for hygienic service.
• Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle's app.
• Build rapport and educate members on foot health.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and coordinate with the team.
• Ensure punctuality and vehicle maintenance for appointments.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date via Belle educational opportunities.
• Promote upcoming appointments prior to ending visits.
• Operate within the Community Health Worker scope.
