Job summary

Hillman Group is seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician to support kiosks in Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. You will maintain, repair, install, and monitor kiosks while traveling daily within the territory; compensation includes hourly pay and company vehicle.

Candidates should have electromechanical repair background, 1–3 years relevant experience, and strong English communication. Benefits include health/dental/life disability insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile.
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English including technical jargon.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when out of order.
• Install new kiosks or swap newer kiosks in the local area.
• Monitor machines daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
• Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines.
• Grow revenue by optimizing machine locations, uptime, and product mix.
