Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician for Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. The role covers servicing a 70+ kiosk network, with about 40 hours per week and hourly pay between $22-25. A company car, cell-phone reimbursement and a corporate gas card are provided.

You will install and service kiosks, monitor uptime, troubleshoot connectivity and power, manage inventory, and work to grow territory revenue while maintaining professional standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance preferred.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile preferred.
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to include technical jargon.

Responsibilities

• Restock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when it goes out of order.
• New kiosk installations or swaps of newer kiosks in the local area.
• Monitor machines daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
• Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines.
• Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships.
