Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician to support a 70+ kiosk network in Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. The role includes a company car, cell phone reimbursement, and a roughly 40-hour work week, with hourly pay between $22-25 based on experience.

You will train on Minute Key, Quick Tag kiosks and third-party services, with daily travel and repair duties across the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance preferred.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service preferred.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a similar profile preferred.
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English including technical ‘jargon’.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments when kiosks go out of order.
• New kiosk installations or swaps in the local area.
• Monitor machines daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
• Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines.
• Grow territory revenue by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships.
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change and new ones may be assigned at any time.
