Job Summary

Part of a larger team delivering high-quality Computer, Network, Storage, and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, providing ongoing support to the business. Assists with infrastructure project assignments. Helps plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure. Provides technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support, and configuration. Manages, plans, and maintains technical platforms including system upgrades. Monitors system performance and installs and configures hardware. Collaborates with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, Business Analysts to deliver reliable technology solutions aligned with AEP's standards and best practices.

What you'll do:

• Manage and support mobile device management tools and processes effectively as a Mobile Infrastructure Engineer.
• Implement and maintain Workspace ONE (AirWatch) for device management, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Utilize Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for mobile device administration and configuration.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Apple iOS devices and applications to ensure seamless user experience.
• Assist with the management and support of Android OS devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline processes for mobile application development and deployment, focusing on infrastructure needs.
• Design and implement mobile infrastructure solutions to enhance efficiency and security.
• Monitor and analyze mobile device performance and security metrics to proactively address issues within the MDM environment.

What We are looking for:

Infrastructure Engineer Associate (SG5): Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or related field is required. No additional experience required. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Infrastructure Engineer (SG6): Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is required. 2+ years of relevant experience required. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Nice-to-have:

• Strong experience with mobile device management tools and processes.
• 2+ years of experience with Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
• 1+ years of experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• 2+ years managing large MDM environments.
• Strong knowledge of Apple iOS devices.
• Familiarity with Android OS devices.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

Location:

• Prefer candidates living within 50 miles of Columbus, OH.

What you'll get:

SG5: $61,647 - $77,057

SG6: $72,380 - $90,474
