Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a mobile sales store within a defined local territory. You will drive new business and nurture customer relationships through in-person service across multiple industrial sectors.

The role emphasizes field-based sales, vehicle readiness, and accurate daily reporting. A high school diploma is required, with a history of stable employment and proven goal attainment preferred.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean driving history.
• Must have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong, stable employment history with no job hopping; ideally a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and outreach to businesses near existing customers.
• Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demonstrations, and the mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of the mobile store.
• Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information, including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses, using company software.
