Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store and deliver industrial hardware to customers within a defined Florida territory. You will prospect, sell, and present solutions directly from the mobile store to a diverse customer base.

Role requires residency in the territory, ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. You will manage store operations and maintain data integrity across customer records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and well-marketed; submit daily sales reports.
