Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined Wisconsin territory using a fully stocked mobile store. You will drive cold-calling and prospecting efforts, and operate the mobile store in a customer‑facing role.

You must reside in the territory and be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and meet physical demands of the role. Independent work and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong tenured background; minimal job-hopping preferred (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects and visiting customers in the defined territory.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations of your mobile store including cleanliness, marketing, and daily reports of sales and prospect calls.
• Maintain accurate customer information in company software.
