Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of mobile industrial hardware within a defined geographic area. You will prospect, present, and sell products through your mobile store and maintain daily reports on sales and calls.

Applicants must reside in the territory, have a valid driving history, and the ability to operate a mobile store vehicle. A high school diploma is required, with industrial sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and relocation is not available.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on nearby businesses.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report sales orders daily.
• Maintain customer contact information and notes in company software.
