Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults in Danvers, MA. You will assess needs, develop personalized plans, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the rehab team to restore function, independence, and quality of life.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for mentorship and continuing education, and potential visa sponsorship/relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Must hold valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
Ability to perform home-based outpatient PT visits.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home outpatient physical therapy to older adults.
Assess needs, develop and deliver therapy programs.
Refer to other disciplines when needed.
Educate patients and caregivers for independence.
Supervise students or assistants as permitted.
