Powerback is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults in Clinton, CT. The role involves evaluating, treating, and educating patients in their homes or in living facilities with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications include a valid PT license, a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent), and at least 5 years of PT experience or a Bachelor's with experience. A $5,000 bonus is offered along with visa/relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills for independence
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to address needs
• Document and adjust treatment plans as needed

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years experience

US degree equivalency evaluation for foreign degrees
