Job summary

Powerback is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults in Cumberland County and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes evaluating, treating in a home setting, and coordinating care across the rehabilitation team.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, mentorship for new grads, and a strong focus on professional development, with a posted salary range of USD 79,000 to 110,000 plus a $5,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field plus Bachelor’s in PT.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients’ residences.

Responsibilities

• In-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults.
• Evaluate and treat in patient’s home or ILF room; design individualized PT plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and temporary licensees as permitted; coordinate with rehab team.
• Ensure timely documentation, scheduling adherence, and care plan progress.
• Promote safe home environments and educate patients and caregivers.
