Floor Coverings International Cleveland South is seeking an in-home sales flooring and design consultant to bring the showroom to customers’ living spaces. You’ll drive a mobile showroom, guide homeowners through flooring options on a tablet, close deals, and hand off to installation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or another high-trust, face-to-face sales role
• A natural networker energized by meeting people and turning relationships into business
• Competitive, coachable, and closes with integrity — not pressure
• Comfortable with a tablet-based sales process
• Valid driver's license; flexible for some evenings/weekends around appointments
• Bonus points: flooring, construction, or interior design background

Responsibilities

• Run warm, scheduled in-home appointments—company-generated and self-sourced.
• Sell with tablet-based visuals, pricing and product info on the spot.
• Own the client relationship from first hello to referral request.
• Actively network with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to build referrals.
