Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to support a major telecommunications client in the Canton, GA area. You will service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems across multiple locations, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing inspections, coordinating with facilities teams and subcontractors, and documenting readings and work orders. A strong safety mindset and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• HVAC system maintenance and repair experience on commercial systems.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct system upgrades, installations, and replacements as needed.
• Coordinate with facilities management teams and subcontractors to ensure safety and compliance.
• Document work orders, readings, and inventory in maintenance systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Adhere to policies and maintain a safe work environment.
