ManpowerGroup client seeks a Mobile HVAC Service Technician to support multiple commercial sites across the Mobile and Montgomery territory. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems while traveling to client locations using a company vehicle.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with on‑call rotation. You must have a High School Diploma or GED, 4+ years in commercial building engineering with HVAC, EPA/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training or trade school education preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial building engineering experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of MEP systems, building automation systems, and commercial facility maintenance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, boilers, and chillers.
• Maintain and service building systems including electrical, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
• Travel to multiple client locations within an assigned territory using a company vehicle.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities utilizing CMMS technology with minimal supervision.
• Build strong client relationships while identifying operational improvements and energy-saving opportunities.
