Job summary

Mobile HVAC Service Technician position with our client in Alabama. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems at multiple client sites within the Mobile territory.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 4+ years of building engineering experience, EPA/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license with travel across the territory. Travel via company vehicle is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training or trade school education preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial building engineering experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of MEP systems, building automation systems, and commercial facility maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, boilers, and chillers.
• Maintain and service building systems including electrical, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
• Travel to multiple client locations within an assigned territory using a company vehicle.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities utilizing CMMS technology with minimal supervision.
• Build strong client relationships while identifying operational improvements and energy-saving opportunities.

As a Mobile HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management & Engineering Operations team supporting multiple commercial client sites throughout the Mobile, Alabama territory. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent time management, and a customer-focused mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Montgomery, Alabama

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM with on-call rotation responsibilities
