Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management company, seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician in the Tampa area. You will operate, maintain and repair HVAC systems across multiple customer facilities, performing preventive maintenance and light general facility duties as needed.

Requirements include a High school diploma or equivalent with EPA Universal certification, 5+ years in commercial HVAC, strong troubleshooting, and a valid driver’s license for travel between

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and EPA Universal certification.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience in commercial settings.
• Experience with building systems, light plumbing and electrical work.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and other commercial building systems across multiple customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, calibration and replacement of parts to keep HVAC systems operating at optimal performance.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including light plumbing and electrical work, as needed.
• Travel between multiple customer locations throughout the Tampa area to respond to service and maintenance needs.
• Identify equipment issues, perform repairs and adjustments, and ensure work is completed in accordance with safety and facility standards.
