Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities. The role includes preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure code and safety compliance.

You will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs, and maintain detailed maintenance records. The position involves operating company vehicles, sharing knowledge with teammates, and upholding CBRE's RISE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
• Perform repairs and emergency maintenance; maintain maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company vehicles to reach job sites and service facilities.
• Share knowledge with team, coach others, and model CBRE RISE values.
• Explain technical information clearly to clients and team members.
• Lead by example to achieve efficient, high-quality work across the team.
