Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ GED or trade school with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Operate company vehicles to reach sites and perform daily duties.
