Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is hiring a Mobile HVAC Technician to support healthcare sites, including hospitals and clinics in Culpeper, Virginia. You will inspect and maintain HVAC equipment, install and service control systems, and troubleshoot issues to keep critical systems running smoothly.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license; you will work across diverse environments and operate company vehicles as

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required; combination of experience and education considered.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
