Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to support multiple client locations in the East Valley of Arizona.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while coordinating through CMMS tools. The candidate will travel among facilities, perform inspections, and respond to emergencies with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial building engineering, HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical maintenance.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Valid driver''s license with the ability to travel between assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple facilities.
• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including rooftop units, refrigeration systems, and building automation-related components.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities using CMMS platforms such as Corrigo.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify operational or safety concerns affecting building performance.
• Respond to emergency service calls, after-hours maintenance needs, and on-call assignments as required.

Our client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple commercial client locations throughout the East Valley. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent time management, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Range:$34.00 - $37.00 per hour
