Job summary

JLL seeks a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and other building systems across Dayton and surrounding areas. You will conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues and help ensure safe, efficient facility operations.

Ideal candidates have at least four years in building engineering, strong HVAC/R skills, and familiarity with CMMS software. On-site role with on-call availability; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical systems, equipment and components.
• Maintain and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment and electrical distribution.
• Study equipment and methods used in daily activities and complete tasks.
• Perform facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status; use CMMS.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license; be available for on-call work.
