Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Albuquerque, NM to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility systems. The role requires multi-skilling across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will handle routine inspections, coordinate with contractors, and support emergency response as part of a multi-disciplinary facilities team. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, system optimization, and accurate record-keeping using CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Must have PPE and safety awareness.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain HVAC and electrical systems and related equipment.
• Record readings and adjust operations to ensure proper function.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist Facility Management with emergencies and safety incidents.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
