Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Technician II for first shift in the Greater Cincinnati area. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency service with a company vehicle and full benefits.

Pay ranges from $33.00 to $35.00 per hour for full-time employment. Requirements include 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience, a current HVAC and EPA license, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 5+ years of Commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Must have current HVAC and EPA License.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Personal hand tools required.
• Experience with VRS or modern multi-zone systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Diagnose causes of problems in commercial HVAC/AC systems for repair or replacement.
• Test and calibrate electronic HVAC/building environmental controls.
• Respond to emergency maintenance, including off-hour requests.
• Inspect and repair equipment; use CMMS work order system.
