Job summary

Deanna Nesbit & Associates, Inc., LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC systems in the Dayton, OH area. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA 608 certification (required)
• Clean and valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied environments

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, ventilation units, boilers).
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system testing.
• Install commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls per code and specs.
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers and the office.
• Maintain safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Keep company vehicle and tools organized and in good condition.
