Job summary

CBRE is hiring a Mobile Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support hospitals, financial institutions, and retail sites in Framingham and the surrounding area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing components, and operate company vehicles to daily job sites.

We offer self-scheduling, optional on-call or overtime, and a full benefits package including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and boot allowance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Universal Certification with 3+ years handling refrigerants.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; CMMS experience.
• Solid math skills for percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment in buildings per codes and safety standards.
• Repair and modify equipment, including electrical and plumbing components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work performed.
• Operate company vehicles to job sites.
• Apply standard techniques to solve non-routine problems.
• Mentor teammates and share HVAC knowledge while aligning with CBRE values.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
