Job summary

Finney Hospitality Group is seeking an HVAC & Facilities Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. The role is mobile, traveling between sites to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance for HVAC and general facility needs.

Applicants should have HVAC certification and be comfortable independent work, with a valid driver’s license and strong problem-solving skills. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities with FHG.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required for the role.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Willing to travel regularly between FHG restaurant locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly between FHG restaurant locations to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative HVAC maintenance: filters, belts, coils, thermostats, etc.
• Troubleshoot and complete general building and restaurant maintenance repairs.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, doors, and hardware.
• Determine if repairs can be done in-house or require an outside vendor.
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and needs with leadership and maintenance team.
• Maintain records of completed work, repairs, parts, and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Support after-hours maintenance needs when necessary.
