Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Commercial HVAC Mobile Building Engineer to maintain and repair facilities across Atlanta. You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor system performance, and use multiple trades to keep buildings running smoothly.

Travel across Atlanta is required and you must live within the job site radius to support shifts. A valid driver''s license and four years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related experience or trade school training.
• HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing focus.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes and safety directives for building operations.
• Inspect systems like HVAC/R, fire alarms, and plumbing.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and vendors.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain maintenance records and update work orders.
• Estimate time/materials and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain energy management to reduce operating costs.
• Perform lighting, welding, carpentry and locksmith tasks as required.
