Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Mobile Building Engineer to support several facilities in the Anchorage, AK area.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, travel extensively, and handle a range of trades including HVAC/R, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and more. This role requires living near the job site, willingness to travel up to three weeks per month, and the ability to fly to remote locations in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must live within designated radius of the job site.
• Willing to travel extensively in the Anchorage, AK area.
• Willing to fly on small aircraft to remote locations in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings and systems.
• Inspects and maintains HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
• Oversees work by outside contractors and coordinates repairs.
