Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Commercial HVAC Mobile Building Engineer to support several facilities around Anchorage, AK. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and operation of HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

Travel across remote locations in Alaska may be required. Applicants should have a high school diploma, 5+ years of related experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience and/or trade school training.
• Engineering experience focusing on HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing.
• EPA required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Inspect building systems and ensure operation meets design specifications.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and inspect their work.
• Maintain energy management and building lighting systems.
• Document maintenance activities and order necessary materials.
