Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC technician to support 8–10 retail stores across the Phoenix area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on large‑scale commercial and industrial chiller systems and RTUs.

A company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad, and iPhone will be provided. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HVAC experience with chiller systems, WSHP, RTUs, IntelliPaks, and SWUDs, plus a valid driver's license and EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years HVAC technician experience focused on chiller systems.
Experience with WSHP, RTUs, IntelliPaks, and SWUDs.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA universal or CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial chiller systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues with refrigeration circuits, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and other components.
Service and maintain HVAC pumps, including chilled water and condenser water pumps.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot RTUs and advanced systems like Trane IntelliPaks.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members about updates and recommendations.
Rebuild Trane, York, and Carrier chillers when required.
