Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to support 8-10 retail stores in the San Diego area, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on large scale chiller systems and RTUs. You will work with BAS to optimize performance and maintain service records.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of chillers experience, EPA certification, and the ability to read schematics. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC tech experience focused on chillers.
• Hands-on with WSHPs, RTUs, SWUDs and pumping systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on chiller systems.
• Work with BAS to monitor and adjust performance.
• Read manuals, schematics, and blueprints for repairs.
