The role requires travel within the Fort Lauderdale area, a valid driver's license, and a Universal EPA license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of proven building engineer experience.
• Universal EPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and handle emergencies.
• Check building inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design conformance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
