Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair work across a Florida territory, including Gainesville, Ocala, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and controls to keep commercial properties operating at peak efficiency.

The position requires hands-on experience with building systems, travel between sites, and the ability to plan tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Universal CFC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service on HVAC, pumps, motors, and building systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities through system/operational changes.
• Plan and execute tasks with minimal supervision; assist as needed in other trades.
• Travel within the defined geographic territory to service multiple sites.
