Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial facilities in Jacksonville, FL. This role supports safe, reliable building operations and requires strong technical knowledge and adherence to safety standards.

You will install ducts and controls, perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and read blueprints.

Qualifications

• HVAC repair and maintenance experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman HVAC License for Duval County.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Ability to operate hand/tools and read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial buildings.
• Mount and connect compressors, condensers, evaporators, and controls per specs.
• Fabricate and install ductwork and piping.
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace defective components.
• Test systems and ensure proper operation and safety.
