Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mobile HVAC Building Technician to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned properties. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, monitor energy use, and ensure safe operation while keeping the work area clean and compliant with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of experience in commercial building systems, EPA refrigerant handling license, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• EPA refrigerant handling license required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; apprentice/trade school preferred.
• Licenses such as Journeyman/Master Electrician or city licenses may be required.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, pumps, refrigerant systems and energy management.
• Basic computing skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC requirements of buildings.
• Repair and inspect HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps and air distribution systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and adjust field conditions as needed.
• Monitor energy management and perform routine calibrations.
• Inspect and repair building envelopes, doors, lights and signage.
• Respond to emergencies and report activities to supervisor.
• Comply with codes, safety regs and company directives.
