Potential in Us, LLC is a mission-driven organization providing housing supports to individuals in need. The Housing Supports Specialist delivers case management and tenancy-sustaining services to promote safe, stable, affordable housing and community integration.

The role focuses on pre-tenancy and ongoing support, coordinating resources, and assisting with housing searches, subsidies, and documentation while traveling within service areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in housing services, case management, or related fields.
• Experience with Medicaid populations or supportive housing preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD programs and local housing resources.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Housing Stabilization Plans and levels of need monthly.
• Assist members with housing search, applications, and lease processes.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and liaise with landlords and property managers.
• Help secure rental subsidies, deposits, and moving costs.
• Educate members on tenant rights and responsibilities.
• Connect members to mental health, employment, and other community resources.
