Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care across Hartford, CT and surrounding areas. You will work on the road, offering thoughtful conversations and end-of-life support in clients' homes.

Our team prioritizes mentorship, work-life balance, and a schedule that fits your life, with guaranteed base salary and quarterly bonus opportunities. Weekends are on your terms, and there is no non-compete.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Weekends on your terms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• License verification, background check, and driving record review before start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care to pets in familiar home environments.
• Practice independently on the road with support from a mentorship and team.
• Listen to families with compassion, explain options, and help them say goodbye with dignity.
