Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care across New Haven, Guilford, Madison, and surrounding CT communities. Work-life balance with self-managed scheduling options and a guaranteed salary plus quarterly bonuses.

You will assess pet comfort, guide families through end-of-life decisions, and deliver support with a focus on dignity and peace. Training and mentorship are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• U.S. Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care.
• Practice medicine with families in their homes.
• Support grieving families with dignity and empathy.
• Complete license verification and background checks before start date.
