Qualifications

• Must hold an active veterinary license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Ability to travel to client homes and work independently in a mobile practice.
• Strong communication with pet families during end‑of‑life care decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services.
• Travel to scheduled in-home appointments within your service area.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose, treat, and document patient records.
• Educate families on quality‑of‑life decisions and care options.
• Maintain professional records and coordinate with the Heartstrings team.
