You will prospect listings, represent buyers and tenants, conduct tours and BOVs, and collaborate with the founder on deal underwriting and strategy, while maintaining an active CRM with weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or commitment to obtain within 60 days.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to prospect and work with high activity levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; 100% commission with no base salary.
• Based in Central Florida and able to travel for tours.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source self-storage facility listings across Central Florida.
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking self-storage facilities.
• Conduct property tours and broker opinions of value (BOVs).
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with founder and analyst on underwriting and strategy.
• Maintain a CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports.
