Job summary

MaxLife Commercial is seeking a commission-only sales agent to focus on industrial properties for sale and lease across Central Florida. You will build a focused book of business supported by MaxLife's MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing.

Responsibilities include sourcing listings, representing buyers/tenants, tours, BOVs, and maintaining a CRM pipeline. A Florida real estate license (or commitment to obtain) is required, with a strong outbound prospecting mindset

Qualifications

• Florida real estate license required or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity tolerance and comfort with outbound prospecting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; 100% commission role with no base salary.
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast).
• Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.
