Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to maintain homes, common areas, and facilities within the community. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safety and functionality.

The role offers an hourly rate of $20–$22, plus benefits including 401(k), medical stipend, dental, vision, life and more.

Qualifications

2-3 years of general maintenance experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license and clean background.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, community buildings, and common areas.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
Inspect and maintain community infrastructure including roads, lighting, and utilities.
Prepare vacant homes for new residents with cleaning and updates.
Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Maintain grounds, landscaping, and common areas; manage waste and debris removal.
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and large-scale projects.
Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company standards.
