Hireology is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled PTA services in home health settings across East and South San Antonio and surrounding areas. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and report to the DON/RN supervisor as needed.

The role offers competitive per-visit pay with mileage/travel reimbursement, a retention incentive, and benefits such as health insurance and PTO.

Competenze

• Licensed PTA in Texas (TX PTA license)
• Experience in home health care preferred
• Willingness to travel across East and South San Antonio metro area

Mansioni

• Provide PTA services per physician orders and plan of care under supervision
• Deliver care in patients' homes or on the road as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with DON/RN supervisor
