BAYADA Home Health Care in Arlington, Virginia, is seeking a part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home OT visits across Fairfax County.

You will evaluate clients’ functional abilities, design individualized treatment plans, educate families, and document progress using an EMR on a touchpad device. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow with a national leader in home health care.

Competenze

• A VA Occupational Therapist license is required.
• At least 1 year of recent home health OT experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations of patients’ functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
• Develop and revise individualized intervention plans to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet.
