Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair homes, common areas, and facilities within the community. You will respond to resident service requests and coordinate with vendors as needed to keep properties safe and well maintained.

The role requires 2–3 years of general maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, community buildings, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Inspect and maintain infrastructure including roads, lighting, and utilities.
• Seasonal maintenance such as winterizing homes and irrigation servicing.
