Qualifications

• Two or more years of heavy equipment mechanic experience.
• Knowledge of DOT standards and requirements.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet all physical requirements of the position.
• Pass drug and alcohol screens as required by policy and DOT may apply.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and identify defects in equipment.
• Determine repairs on heavy and hydraulic equipment.
• Repair or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Document paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain availability for after-hours service calls.
